I'm Max, a Finnish-American entrepreneur and marketer living in Puerto Rico. I started building businesses at sixteen, moved into finance managing billion-dollar derivatives portfolios, and now I run a marketing agency called Opascope with my brother, Alex.
My professional goal is straightforward: build valuable companies, solve interesting problems, and share what I learn. I'm focused on helping ambitious businesses scale profitably while trying to do the same for mine.
My favorite thing is that we can just do stuff. We can decide a website should be tiny and fast, and build the whole thing by hand. We can email our heroes and see if they'll talk to us. We can start companies, build things that get us excited, and have a lot of fun doing it.
This site exists to document what I'm building, highlight lessons learned, and connect with others who share similar interests.
